The AQUASCOPE-3 automatically samples and records the lowest noise level during the listening session, indicating the true leak noise without ambient interference. The exact value is shown on the LCD display in digital format, plus a visual graph of the actual noise level.
The true leak noise level is automatically memorised during ‘sounding’. The operator can display and compare the last 8 leak noise levels for a greater level of confidence in achieving precise location or confirmation of the leak position.
The AQUASCOPE-3 amplifier is ergonomically designed to be worn comfortably on a waist belt, and offers easy operation and a clear display of leak information on the backlit LCD display. This avoids neck strain often caused by more conventional acoustic locator amplifiers.
The infinitely adjustable narrow band-pass filter allows the operator to suppress any unwanted interference and background noise, and to reduce the audible range to the exact leak noise frequency.
